How to get your Loyalty Card

Next time you visit us in-store, simply ask for a Loyalty Card at the till.

In addition to stamping your way to savings on purchases over £25 (see below), you get even more benefits as a Loyalty Card Customer.   

If you have a card, you get:

- FREE gifts such as spring bedding plants and packets of bulbs
- Seasonal Sale Preview Day invites
- Monthly discounts on plants and gardening accessories.

And a couple of handy monthly gardening tips!

Of course we'll need your full name and permission to use your email address to tell you about the exclusive offers in our mini monthly newsletter but that's all that's needed to become a Loyalty Card Customer.

How the "Stamp & Save" Loyalty Card works:

• Each Loyalty Card has a total of 10 stamps on it, the 5th stamp will earn you £5 and the 10th stamp a further £5.
• Every time you spend £25 or more in a single transaction, you'll receive a stamp on your card.
• When you have collected a total of 4 stamps, you'll be entitled to receive £5 off your next purchase over the value of £25. This will give you your 5th stamp.
• Then, when you have a total of 9 stamps, you'll then be able to redeem a further £10 on your next purchase of over £25.
• So in total, each loyalty card can earn you £15 to spend in the nursery. 

 

Terms & Conditions

• The Loyalty Card can only be used for in-store purchases.
• The Loyalty Card can only be used once on the same day. 
• The Loyalty Card must be presented at the till at each transaction, failure to do so will mean we're unable to stamp the card. Stamps can't be added at a later date, so keep it in your purse or wallet.
• The Loyalty Card can't be used in addition to our Trade Card.
• The Loyalty Card can't be used when redeeming Windlestone Gift Vouchers unless there is still a balance of £25 or more remaining to pay.
